Shipping Methods

All parcels are shipped via tracked courier and postage services only. The choice of courier is at Tsukiyo Co's discretion. 

All parcels will be mailed within two weeks after order / closed box is confirmed (more information on open & closed boxes below).

Domestic Shipping

The domestic shipping rate for all parcels up to 5kg are SGD5.00. For purchases above SGD120 for a single account, the shipping fee will be waived.

Please note that combining of purchases across different accounts to hit SGD120 for free SG shipping is not allowed. After a single account accumulates $120 purchases, however, other accounts may ride on for free.

Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days after the parcel has been mailed.

 

International Shipping 

The international shipping rate is dependent on the weight and size of your parcel, as well as the destination country. 

Delivery time is approximately 10-20 working days after the parcel has been mailed, and is dependent on the destination country.

Please be advised that the destination country's customs laws may incur additional charges, including but not limited to import fees and taxes (DDU—delivered duty unpaid). Tsukiyo Co is not responsible for these additional charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges. 

Should the parcel be returned to Tsukiyo Co as a result of late payment, the customer will need to pay the international shipping charges once more for Tsukiyo to ship the parcel again.

 

Open & Closed Boxes

Open box gives customers the opportunity to accumulate purchases across several orders and combine them into a single box. This way, the customer only has to bear the shipping fee once. 

Boxes can be kept open for up to a maximum of one month. When the box is closed, the purchases will be packed and shipped within a fortnight.

The shipping charges must be paid upon the first purchase and will be waived accordingly.

 

Tracking Your Parcels

Domestic: Parcels are sent via SmartPac, e.g. SM123456789SG (tracked here), Qxpress (tracked here), as well Tsukiyo's other partners of choice, including but not limited to Janio and Aramex. All shipping methods are tracked and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International: Parcels are sent via Qxpress (tracked here) and Singpost (tracked here).

 

Damaged or Lost Items / Parcels

Please rest assured that Tsukiyo Co checks all items carefully before packaging and we ensure that all items are wrapped securely. However, we understand that accidents happen. 

In such occasions, please email us within three working days of receiving your items at sales@tsukiyo.co and describe the situation to us with pictures, so that we can better understand what has happened and provide you with the best assistance. Please note that any resolutions are offered at the sole discretion of Tsukiyo Co.
